Your Worst Fear Does Not Exist

The idea to write this came to me at 4:52 on a Monday afternoon. All the things that scare you exist only in your mind. They exist because you think about them, you worry about them, and that's what feeds your imaginary fear. But here's the truth: it doesn't really exist. Your imagination creates it, so it appears to be real, but it isn't.

"Fear not."

Do not fear

Many people are running away from their fears and everything else that weighs them down.

Your fears only exist because of two reasons:

1. You haven't recognized that they don't really exist.

2. As a consequence, you're not 100% committed to getting your life together. That means going into action mode; doing what you need to do to destroy that fear.

But here's the catch: thinking you can destroy your fears on your own, with just action, without recognizing the supreme motivation, is a mistake.

So, start with the supreme motivation. Take time to absorb, believe, and realize that you are loved beyond your wildest imaginations. That realization gives you all the motivation you need to take action. First, for your own best interest, because you can genuinely and honestly love yourself. And second, for others, because the genuine love you now have for yourself naturally spills over into the lives of everyone around you, leading you to become a transformer and catalyst for their own transformation.

Once you start taking action (from a place of awareness of how loved and valuable you are, just by your mere existence) you'll see the difference, and you'll watch the magic happen before your eyes. You will watch how all the fear you have dissolves and you smile at it just like the kid in that picture.

You begin to smile and rejoice, not because you are helpless or you have given up, but because you can clearly see that the fear is imaginary. It is a construct of your own mind. With a realization of who you are and how much valuable your mere existence really is, that fear dissolves on its own.

Recognizing your power, arms you with an unavoidable responsibility to shape your life as you desire and craft it into whatever kinda life you want for yourself. You love yourself and out of that love comes the natural desire to give yourself the very best which you truly want! You don't have to always leave things to chance, you don't have to settle, believe in what will be will be or what some people erroneously assume to be the natural "flow of life". There is a time to let the flow go on and there is a time to take charge and full responsibility over your life.

There is a balance that must be found in doing these. We cannot be completely free or completely be in control. Life is give and take. We must balance everything!

Most people are selfish anyways and care more just about their pockets and their own safety.. so you can't count on people to always be there to deal with your fears for you... they have their own fears to deal with. Assume they won't and take full responsibility over destroying your own fears!

It begins with recognition of who you are, how much you are loved and how much you have to give to yourself and your world.. this arms you with motivation to do all you need to do step by step.. and in these, you fears cease to exist!

You can choose to give up or play your best hand with the cards you've been dealt! Drop your fears, take charge and keep winning one day at a time!
